VET-EAR — European Apprenticeship RoadMap

VET-EAR RoadMap is a European cooperation project focused on strengthening transnational apprenticeships in Vocational Education and Training (VET), improving transparency, mobility and cooperation between education providers and employers.

Obiettivo

The project delivered six integrated outputs:

European Apprenticeship Roadmap (Guide), a handbook on apprenticeship systems, regulations and mobility frameworks across partner countries.

VET-EAR Platform, a digital repository and networking hub for all project tools and resources.

VET-EAR Canvas, a visual strategic framework to explain and structure apprenticeship pathways.

Apprenticeship Templates, standardized agreements and learning outcomes assessment tools.

Apprenticeship Days, international awareness and networking events connecting VET institutions and labour market actors.

European Mapping Survey, analysis of employers’ needs and experiences related to apprenticeship mobility.

The project contributed to increasing the quality, attractiveness, and inclusiveness of EU Work-Based.

Attività di NExT

Within the VET-EAR RoadMap project ComoNExT contributed to the analysis, structuring and dissemination of apprenticeship practices, with a specific focus on the Italian context.

Main activities included:

Conducting surveys with companies and providing an in-depth analysis of the Italian apprenticeship system.

Organising focus groups and interviews with public stakeholders (including Confindustria Como representatives).

Designing a visual infographic (VET-EAR Canvas) to enhance communication and understanding of apprenticeship pathways.

Organising an Apprenticeship Day and a Multiplier Event.
